The code in this repository represents a work in progress that has been accepted for presentation in the Student workshop co-located with the ACM CoNEXT 2019 conference (December 9-12). The paper will be publicly available in the conference proceedings, which are typically published after the conference takes place.

The reference points to Proceedings of the 2019 ACM CoNEXT 2019 Student Workshop, Orlando, USA, December 2019. I have had a look here:

But I don’t see the paper. I can’t find it with a Google search either.
