I am a graduate student majoring in Computer System Architecture in school of computer science, Shaanxi Normal University (Xi’an, China). I wish to pursue a doctoral degree of “nano-scale communication” at N3Cat. My desired date of entrance is Fall, 2016. I am writing this letter to you to introduce myself and query about the Phd programs at N3Cat. Thank you very much for reading this email.
