The code of the simulator is not publicly available yet and we do not plan to release it in the short-term.

However, you can ask us any detail about the simulations we did to generate our public datasets. Please, find some information in our paper:

In Section 4.1 (Simulation setup) you can find some details about how we generate the traffic and measure the delay and jitter.
