[GNNetChallenge2022] Congratulations to the awarded teams of the ITU Grand Challenge Finale and publication of the test dataset

Dear participants, Thank you for joining us at the GNNet Challenge awards ceremony. We were delighted to see outstanding presentations from the top-3 teams and very inspiring discussions in the Q&A sessions. We would like to express our heartiest congratulations to the teams Snowyowl and Ghost Ducks, which were awarded in the Grand Challenge Finale of the ITU AI/ML in 5G Challenge. Team Snowyowl won the 2nd place (Silver medal), and team Ghost Ducks received an honorable mention.
