[Challenge2022] Dataset and tools are ready

Dear participants, This is to remind you that we have recently released the dataset and all the related tools. Everything is ready to start working on the challenge. Please, *note* *you should also register in the portal of the ITU AI/ML in 5G challenge* if not done yet (“Login” and “Create Team”): https://challenge.aiforgood.itu.int/match/matchitem/69 We would also like to share with you that this year we will organize the *1st GNNet workshop, co-located with ACM CoNEXT* (December 2022). Top teams will be invited to present their solutions there.
